Orders will not be processed until approval of mockups and pricing.
Production time begins after approval and typically takes up to 2 weeks.
50% deposit required at approval, remainder due upon completion.
No refunds or cancellations once production begins.
Artwork must be high-resolution and meet submission requirements.
The Busy Bee Printery is not responsible for verifying artwork ownership rights.
Customers must report defects within 12 hours of receiving their order.
Orders can be picked up at The Busy Bee Printery's shed or shipped at customer expense.
